We do not provide financial advice, signal execution, or strategy recommendations. Use this system at your own discretion.
2. License & Client-Side Execution
TradingPlanz grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and run the web application code. The tool executes client-side on your browser.
You agree not to exploit, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to resell the application or its visual theme interfaces.
3. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Since all calculations (including lot sizing, tick sizing, and risk parameters) are computed locally based on user presets, we are not responsible for any trade entry errors, position sizing inaccuracies, slippage, system lock failures, or loss of capital arising from the use of this utility.
4. Data Loss & Recovery
Because TradingPlanz uses client-side localStorage, clearing your browser history, cache, or cookies might delete your active settings and logs. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your database configurations as JSON files regularly using the settings page utility. We cannot recover deleted data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the economic calendar endpoints, lot sizing calculators, or forms in any way that violates local laws or damages our hosting systems.
